Leah Sharp has been with Gallagher Bassett since 2019 and currently leads the organization's integrated clinical operations, overseeing Nurse Case Management, Utilization Review, Independent Medical Examinations (IME), Medical Bill Review, Nurse Triage, Medicare Compliance, and other clinical service offerings. Recognized across Gallagher Bassett and throughout the industry for her deep clinical expertise, exceptional work ethic, and proven ability to deliver results, Leah is responsible for driving alignment across clinical functions to enhance service delivery, improve outcomes, and create greater value for clients.

Prior to assuming this expanded leadership role, Leah oversaw Gallagher Bassett's clinical services operations, including nurse liability review, nurse case management, independent medical examinations, utilization reviews, and drug utilization reviews.

Before joining Gallagher Bassett, Leah served as President of CareReview, Inc., where she focused on automating utilization review (UR), nurse case management (NCM), and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services. Leah holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a master's degree in Kinesiology and Biomechanics from Auburn University.
