We're pleased to share that Scott Weislow has joined Gallagher Bassett as Vice President, Risk Control Consulting Services. In this role, Scott will be responsible for designing, scaling, and leading a high-impact risk control function that delivers measurable risk improvement for our clients while supporting continued growth and retention.
Scott brings extensive leadership experience across enterprise risk management, EHS, sustainability, insurance, and regulatory compliance. Most recently, he co-founded RiskLine Advisory, where he advised executive teams and boards on risk and governance strategy. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Marvin Windows and Doors, leading enterprise-wide risk, insurance, and sustainability functions and delivering meaningful improvements in loss performance and risk exposure.
Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated a strong ability to build high-performing teams, develop client-focused solutions, and partner closely with commercial leaders to drive measurable business results. In his new role, he will focus on expanding the delivery of Risk Control services across our client base while embedding these capabilities as a differentiated, value-creating component of our overall solutions.
