Varun Jain is an accomplished general manager and product leader with a broad background across the technology and financial services sectors. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of Strategic and Product Partnerships at WorldPay, where he led initiatives that drove revenue growth and enhanced product capabilities through strategic partnerships.
Prior to his role at WorldPay, Varun held key leadership positions at two tech-driven startups: At OYO, he led global product and data science teams and played a pivotal role in driving the company's product-led turnaround post-COVID, and at Uplift, he was general manager for the lending business, which he profitably scaled from its early stages to a substantial volume of several hundred million dollars.
Before his operating roles, Varun was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising executive teams in financial services on strategy, go-to-market, and operational excellence. He began his career on the equity derivatives team at Lehman Brothers.
Varun lives with his wife Cristina in the suburbs of Boston with their two kids, Asher and Amara, and their dog, Frosty. Varun enjoys being active outdoors, cooking meals for his family, and listening to Hindi music.
