Jim Bifulco joined Gallagher Bassett in 2021 and is responsible for driving growth in our GB Technical Services division and providing construction safety guidance to clients based on his more than 30 years of industry experience.
Most recently, Mr. Bifulco served as Managing Member of Total Safety Consulting (TSC), LLC, prior to its acquisition, managing the activities of approximately 300 safety professionals assigned to major construction projects in New York and along the East Coast of the U.S.
Prior to this role, he worked at the New York Department of Buildings as Building Enforcement Safety Team Safety Compliance Officer where he conducted bi-weekly safety compliance audits of major construction sites and demolition sites throughout NYC.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from the City University of New York and is based in Bayonne, New Jersey.
