His focus is on ensuring that the division fulfills its dual mission: helping clients achieve substantial improvements in loss prevention performance while attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent. Chad is a seasoned leader in professional services and high-tech industries, known for thinking strategically, building high-performance teams, and leveraging technology to unlock new value for clients.
Before joining Gallagher Bassett, Chad was the chief commercial officer at Kalypso, the professional services unit of Rockwell Automation. In this role, he and his teams collaborated with top executives to drive large-scale performance improvements across the value chain, from product development to plant operations and end-user engagement, enhancing competitive advantage. Chad's previous roles include partner at Kalypso, president and COO at Synapse Wireless, and partner at Bridge Strategy Group. He began his career in IT at Morgan Stanley & Co.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in advanced studies in technical architecture and complex computing systems design from Columbia University.
