October 29, 2025 — Gallagher Bassett, a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG), has today finalized its acquisition of Chandler, Arizona-based Safe T Professionals LLC (Safe T Professionals) following a minority investment in the business. The acquisition signals an expansion of Gallagher Bassett's risk control and safety solutions across North America.
Founded in 2011 by Anna and Joshua Martinez, Safe T Professionals employs nearly 200 safety professionals and is a trusted provider of construction and manufacturing safety management services across the US. Safe T Professionals will integrate into Gallagher Bassett's Technical Services division. The two organizations have already established a strong working relationship, following Gallagher Bassett's minority investment in May 2024.
