Tanith Jones is the Chief People Officer at Gallagher Bassett Australia, responsible for leading the organisation's people and culture strategy and helping shape a high-performing, engaged and inclusive workforce. She oversees talent, leadership development, employee experience, organisational capability and culture initiatives that support Gallagher Bassett's long-term growth and success.
She joined Gallagher Bassett in 2022 and has held several senior leadership roles across the business, including Head of People Operations and General Manager, People & Culture, before being appointed Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Gallagher Bassett, she held human resources leadership positions with Allianz Partners, MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees and Coles Group. In these roles, she honed her skills in employee relations and labour management, and was instrumental in driving HR initiatives and policies, and improving employee engagement and retention.
With extensive experience in organisational change, workforce strategy, employee relations and leadership development, Tanith is passionate about creating environments where people can grow, perform at their best and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.
