Vehicle collision recovery: Logistics client

Challenge: A logistics client incurred £8,870 in losses after a third-party vehicle cut across lanes on a roundabout, causing a collision. The third-party insurer disputed liability and quantum, while also submitting four personal injury claims.

Solution: We carried out a detailed locus review, obtained dashcam footage from our client's vehicle, and pressed the third-party insurer for evidence (none was provided). Armed with strong supporting evidence, we challenged liability throughout and advised against early settlement.
