Following this, John transitioned to a managerial role as motor claims operations manager at Broadspire from July 2011 to November 2012, where he excelled in aligning operations with strategic goals. In December 2012, he was tasked with managing motor and third-party administrator (TPA) claims in Singapore, which expanded his international experience. John's career further prospered at Broadspire, initially serving as a client development manager from November 2013 to March 2016, followed by leading as head of motor claims until August 2019. He was later appointed director of global strategy & performance management, focusing on refining processes and enhancing performance standards, a role he held until June 2021.
