Charlotte embarked on her career at Gallagher Bassett as a technical assistant in 2009 before swiftly progressing through various key roles within the business. From 2014, she sharpened her skills as a claims service manager at Aviva, providing valuable insights into claims management and service optimisation. Rejoining the business as a client manager in August 2016, Charlotte swiftly earned a promotion, and from January 2017 to July 2018, she served as a senior client manager, where she successfully managed critical client accounts and spearheaded initiatives to improve client satisfaction. Her exemplary performance led to a promotion as client services manager in July 2018, a role she held until January 2020. In this capacity, Charlotte implemented strategic initiatives to optimise service offerings and solidified her reputation for excellence in client management. Her success continued as senior business development manager, a role she embraced from January 2020 to May 2025. In this role, she drove notable business growth through strategic market analysis and clear communication of Gallagher Bassett's value proposition. As of May 2025, Charlotte holds the pivotal position of head of Carrier and Market Relationships, where she continues to shape industry-leading partnerships and innovative solutions, furthering the success of Gallagher Bassett and its clients.

Charlotte's extensive industry experience spans 16 rewarding years, during which she has honed her expertise in client relationships, carrier partnerships, and business development. Her practical experience, coupled with her strategic insight into the dynamics of the insurance sector, underpins her role as a formidable leader at Gallagher Bassett, continually driving value for clients through bespoke solutions and partnerships. Charlotte is Dip CII qualified and a member of the MGAA Next Generation Committee. She also represents Gallagher Bassett UK on the Gallagher UK environmental, social and governance (ESG) committee.
