In 2008, Ben joined Gallagher, contributing significantly to Gallagher Global Brokerage HR before transitioning to Gallagher Bassett in 2011. Since 2013, Ben has been a vital member of the Gallagher Bassett UK Senior Leadership Team, where his extensive HR experience drives strategic initiatives and enhances organisational performance.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by a postgraduate certificate in employment law from the University of Surrey.
