During his seven years and ten months in this role, Anthony was instrumental in managing claims and leading teams to ensure efficient operations and client-focused service delivery. In January 2005, Anthony took on the role of director, expanding his responsibilities to include overseeing business operations and strategically leading teams in New York. Over the past 20 years and four months, Anthony has been pivotal in shaping the company's direction and driving influential initiatives that greatly enhanced operational efficiencies and client relationships. Promoted to CEO in April 2016, Anthony has been leading W K Webster & Co Ltd, (acquired by Gallagher Bassett in 2025) with distinction, growing the company's UK presence and expanding its global reach. His leadership has been characterised by forward-thinking strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining a clear focus on excellence in service delivery.
