In response to growing demand for corporate accident, health and travel claims management, Gallagher Bassett has rebranded CSA and launched a dedicated Accident & Health Division under the leadership of Simon Hoskin, director of Accident & Health.
Simon joined Gallagher Bassett in 2022 as part of the entity's acquisition of CSA and since then has led a seamless integration of CSA's teams, processes, and expertise within Gallagher Bassett.
Commenting on this new chapter for his team, Simon shared, "Our team of claim handling experts already handles more than 100,000 claims per year in travel, accident, and health for underwriters, insurers, and corporates. Gallagher Bassett's investment in our growth since 2022, culminating in the establishment of the Accident & Health division, means we're fully equipped to continue delivering excellent service and expertise for our clients at the volume the market is demanding.
"The full rebrand of CSA into Gallagher Bassett will help us leverage our global expertise under a unified visual identity, while maintaining the same high standards of service and commitment to our Travel and Accident & Health clients."
In 2025, Gallagher Bassett's Accident & Health division is focused on consistently delivering high service levels and superior customer outcomes. With the support of a dedicated team of experts, clients can expect benefits such as straight-through processing, sophisticated fraud detection, and access to an experienced complaints resolution team. The new division is also set to implement a number of innovative digital solutions, like Gallagher Bassett's customisable online claims portal, as well as automated decision-support tools — all in service of exceptional outcomes.
