Challenge: The client, a global logistics leader with multiple depots and warehouse facilities, needed to improve claims defensibility, preserve critical evidence, and reduce overall liability exposure.
Solution: Gallagher Bassett implemented a structured "Site-in-a-Box" framework, including risk assessments, monitoring, training, guidance, and accident investigation processes to proactively manage site risks.
Result: Gallagher Bassett assesses the likelihood of reported incidents becoming liability claims at a future date after the site has closed. We ensure the evidence and investigations are sufficient to form a clear view on legal responsibility and identify any gaps and areas of weakness to enable our clients to tighten their defense in advance of a claim. The SIAB process provides clients with the confidence that they have a defense pack ready in the event of existing or future claims.

Challenge: The client was experiencing a high frequency of collisions across their LGV and sales fleets, increasing claims costs, and operational risk exposure.
Solution: Delivered a targeted training intervention which focused on driver behaviours, including a bespoke Driver CPC module for drivers and manager training in post-collision investigation.
