April 04, 2024 — Congratulations to Megan Nelson, AVP — Analytics, for winning the Business Insurance Break Out Award! Given to 40 recipients across four regions, the annual Break Out Award honors the next generation of talented leaders who have less than 15 years of experience in the industry.
"I am grateful and humbled to receive the Break Out Award from Business Insurance," Megan says. "This recognition is not only a reflection of my own hard work but also a testament to the dedication and creativity of my remarkable team at Gallagher Bassett (GB)."
In her eight years with GB, Megan has been instrumental in the development of GB's analytics, product capabilities, and innovation. She and her team support the organization's operations, engaging our people and positioning them to deliver exceptional client and claimant experiences.
Megan earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in June 2023. While attending, she served as a leader on the board for Women in Business and now currently sits on the board for Kellogg's Executive Women's Network, where she continues to uplift and amplify female leaders.
