March 30, 2023 — Congratulations to Kapil Mohan, SVP — Risk Management, for winning the Business Insurance Break Out Award! Given to 40 recipients across four regions, the annual Break Out Award honors the next generation of talented leaders who have less than 15 years of experience in the industry.
"I am honored and humbled by the recognition, and would like to thank Business Insurance for the award," Kapil says about the win. "This would not have been possible without the incredible support of several individuals, especially Mike Hessling and Carrie Cannataro, and the hard work and dedication of the Risk Management team each and every day."
Kapil has proven himself to be a dynamic leader and visionary in his five years at Gallagher Bassett. He leads GB's Client Services division and is the driving force behind several innovative solutions that benefit his team and the quality of service we provide to our clients.
Outside of the organization, Kapil gives back to the industry as a mentor for Endeavor, sharing his expertise with upcoming entrepreneurs, and as an Advisory Board Member for Kids' Chance of America, a program that supports children of seriously or fatally injured workers.
