As an aide to all of our international offices, Gallagher Bassett International–US (GBI-US), located in Schaumburg, Illinois, is responsible for overseeing GB's international offices to assure that our global operations consistently deliver services with the same integrity and high quality product standards as our US operations.  GBI-US is also responsible for defining the processes and procedures utilized by our non-US locations and for helping to maintain client relationships by providing products and systems support.
